We counted holds as losses.
The number read 9.9%. Counted properly it was 4.5%. We corrected it down rather than keep the scarier figure.
Fullroom is made by Tom James-Wallace, who owns and runs boutique fitness studios in Australia. It was not built as a product first and sold to studios afterwards. It was built because the retention problem was his, the numbers were his, and the reports he had did not agree with each other.
The definitions on this site are not opinions from a product workshop. Each one is the shape of a mistake we already made in a business that was paying for it.

No visit history meant everybody looked absent. Absence rules now wait for the coverage that makes them true.
55% of the members who left were gone inside four sessions — before any report we had would have noticed them at all.
Self-funded. No board asking for a logo count by December. That means we can say no to features that would look good in a deck and be useless at 6am on the floor — and it means the roadmap is set by two studios that run on this every day.
It also means we are early, and you should weigh that. Two live studios is real, and it is also two. If you need a vendor with a hundred logos and a support team in three time zones, we are not that yet.
Studios are anonymised and figures are rounded. Live production numbers belong to real people at real studios.
There is no sales team. The demo is with the person who wrote the thing and runs the studios it runs in.
